We understand that at the moment a lot of people are still a little concerned at the idea of going back to the gym.
A lot of our clients have been asking us which equipment we recommend for home training, and for some workout ideas, so here are a few pointers from our qualified personal trainers.
First of all you don't need to purchase a full gym for you to be able to get a great workout. Dumbbells, Kettle bells, Resistance Bands and your bodyweight are enough.
Using the appropriate weight for for you, you are going to do:
15 bicep curls
15 front raises
15 shoulder press
15 latteral raises
Using your kettle bell again with a weight that suits you:
15 Kettle bell swings
15 squat thruster's
15 goblet squats
15 alternate lunges holding kettle bell in front of chest
15 full sit-up's
15 russian twist
15 double leg raises
15 bum raises
These sets are great. Very versatile, don't mark easily they are extremely resilient, and we love the shape as they are great doing different exercises like press up's plank and lift, tricep dips etc as the shape means that they don't roll.
We use the full weight set of this product in our Personal Training Studio and both our trainers and clients prefer to use these rather than other sets we have available.
One of our much recommended kettlebell is this one. Again great shape so does not tend to roll when performing certain exercises. Some of our clients have purchased two of these as they progress so they can also do more intense workouts for example...burpees on the two kettlebels then lifting both to stand up and repeat, so great for thing like that as they are very sturdy.
So we hope you try and enjoy our workout and watch out for more coming soon. Please remember to always get professional advice befor carrying out any exercise if you are unsure, and we are always happy to help 24/7. Just drop us an e-mail or message and one of our trainers will not hesitate to contact you back.
