Personal Training

A personal training is a unique individual who is certified to have the knowledge to design a fitness and nutrition program. They motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to clients.

Pre-Military Fitness Training

This type of training is aimed at clients that are in the process of joining the military service. The aim is to replicate movements that simulate the fitness test.

Group Training

In a group personal training setting, clients are often doing different things at their own customized level of fitness.

Aerobic Training

Aerobic exercise is sometimes known as "cardio" -- exercise that requires pumping of oxygenated blood by the heart to deliver oxygen to working muscles. Aerobic exercise stimulates the heart rate and breathing rate to increase in a way that can be sustained for the exercise session. We offer variation of cardio training to keep the client interested and keep the body guessing.

Weight Loss

The best fat-loss workout is a mix of heavy training and cardio. I believe a mix of resistance and cardio heavy is the best way to train when dieting. One, I believe that heavy weights are the best for building muscle and improving strength.

Body Massage

Massage involves working and acting on the body with pressure. Techniques are commonly applied using hands, fingers, elbows, knees, forearm, feet, or a device. The purpose of massage is generally promoted as treatment for stress or pain.

Sports Rehabilitation

Sport Rehabilitators help people suffering from pain, injury or illness involving the musculoskeletal system. They help people of all ages to maintain their health and fitness, recover from and prevent injury and reduce pain using exercise, movement and manual based therapeutic interventions.
