Slam Balls are a great excercise tool, and are fantastic for developing your explosive power. It is a fun way to lose weight, boost your cardio and burn lots of calories.

Our clients really enjoy training with these and there are lots of different excercises you can create using these.

They are often described by our clients as small but mean, and can really feel the benefit after a few few workouts. Like any other piece of equiptment the best way is to start off at a small to medium weight depending on your own strength and fitness and work your way up.
