We all at some point throughout every year decide “right, this is it, i am going to get fit, join a gym, start eating well, and be a healthier me”! But then the dreaded anxiety kicks in where most people feel the gym very intimidating.

Being a personal trainer myself, i still feel this way at times. So instead of a good training session it results in a quick 20mins on a treadmill a few stretches and off you go.

I meet so many clients who come to us feeling exactly the same. But thats were having a personal trainer is excellent if you struggle with this.

A personal will actually help you feel better due to the release of neurotransmitters such as dopamine and serotonin which are too low in people with depression.

They will work closely with you and make you feel comfortable, safe, and gradually more confident in yourself and your training.

So don’t sit waiting, get in touch with a personal trainer and see the benefits for yourself
